Caps and gowns

Caps and gowns will be available for pick up at the campus bookstore, located in the Popp Martin Student Union, beginning Wednesday, July 2, through Friday, August 1, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The dates to place an online order are July 7 – 24. The link to place your order will be posted on July 7. You will be charged a shipping fee. Please contact the bookstore (bookstore@charlotte.edu) for any additional information.

  • You will need your physical or mobile student ID to receive your cap and gown.
  • You do not need to pre-order, and there is no cost for your cap/gown (and hood, if applicable).
  • Undergraduate honor cords for Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude will be available for purchase.

Please review the regalia policy (cap, stole, etc.).
