Caps and gowns

Caps and gowns will be available for pick up at the campus bookstore, located in the Popp Martin Student Union, beginning Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 11 a.m.
- You will need your physical or mobile student ID to receive your cap and gown.
- You do not need to pre-order, and there is no cost for your cap/gown (and hood, if applicable).
- Undergraduate honor cords for Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude will be available for purchase.
- The last day to pick up your cap and gown is Friday, Dec. 6.
Online regalia ordering is available Monday, Nov. 4 – Friday, Nov. 15. Use your UNC Charlotte email address with @uncc.edu and your UNC Charlotte student ID as your password (NOT your NinerNet password). You will be charged a shipping fee. If you are ordering a cap/gown for a bachelor’s, master’s, graduate certificate, or black doctoral gown, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “continue.” Doctoral candidates who would like to purchase custom regalia, please click “Fine Quality Doctoral Ordering.
